I'm the author of two books: The Saboteur, an Amazon No. 1 best-seller, which DreamWorks optioned; and You Have to be Prepared to Die Before You Can Begin to Live, which Radar Pictures has optioned to be turned into a television series. My longform writing has appeared in, among other titles, The New Yorker, The Atlantic, Esquire, and GQ, where a story of mine debuted as a feature film at Sundance this past January and won the festival's Best Director prize. As a former deputy editor at ESPN the Magazine, I was part of a team whose stories won a National Magazine Award for General Excellence in 2016.
